Eligibility for Returns

You may return most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Some items, including custom-made products, perishable items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
